The training content you already have opens inside the portal

You upload your training content and assign it to a class or a student. The student opens it inside the portal; where they left off stays on record.

Training packages bring the SCORM content you already have to the student from inside the portal. You upload the package, put it in a category, assign it to a class or to individual students. The student opens the content in the portal's player; they don't go to another site or open a separate account. Where they left off and whether they completed it stays on record.

Assignment is made from the class list; a package assigned to a class shows for every student in that class. The package is yours, the player is ours; you don't have to produce content.

Upload and categorise

You upload the SCORM package and put it in a category. The package list filters by category; different versions of the same subject sit side by side.

Assign to a class or a student

Assignment is made from the class list or student by student. The assigned package shows in the student's portal; who needs to see what is your decision.

A player inside the portal

The student opens the package inside the portal. Where they left off is saved; the completion status goes on the student profile.

Common questions

In which format can we upload content?

As a SCORM package. You upload the package and put it in a category; the list filters by category, and different versions of the same subject sit side by side. You don't have to produce content; the package you already have is enough.

How is the quota calculated?

On the institution's total space, not per package. What counts is the total size of the packages, not how many you have uploaded.

Where does the student open the package?

In the player inside the portal; they don't go to another site or open a separate account. Where they left off is saved, and the completion status goes on the student profile. A package assigned to a class shows in the portal of every student in that class.
