This document provides the pre-contractual information required by Articles 6 and 8 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in your country, before you place an order. Confirming your order means you have received this information on a durable medium.

2. Main characteristics of the service
The subject of the contract is a right of access to the modules of the Career Ladders platform included in the package you select, for the duration of that package. The package name, the modules it covers, its term and any usage limits are shown in the order summary, which forms part of this information.
The service is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Price and payment
The total price inclusive of taxes, any discount applied and the final amount payable are shown in the order summary. No delivery, shipping or comparable charges are added.
Payment is taken by card through the secure infrastructure of our payment institution. We do not store your card details. When you move to a higher tier, the remaining term of your current package is offset according to the rule shown on the order screen.
4. Performance
The service is supplied immediately after your payment is confirmed: the modules in the package are applied to your account and become usable. The term of the package starts at that moment.
If payment is confirmed but the entitlement is not applied to your account, contact [email protected]. If the problem cannot be resolved, the payment is refunded.
5. Right of withdrawal and its exception
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is lost under Article 16(m) of the Directive once performance has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Because this service is supplied immediately, both confirmations are requested from you on the purchase screen before the order is placed.
If you do not give those confirmations, the order cannot be completed and no payment is taken.
Where you have not given them and the service has not yet been supplied, you may withdraw within 14 days by an unequivocal statement sent to [email protected]. We will refund all payments received within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.
6. Legal guarantee
We are liable to you under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services for any lack of conformity existing at the time of supply and, for continuous supply, throughout the contract period. Your statutory remedies — bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction or termination — are not affected by these terms.
7. Duration and termination
The contract runs for the term of the package shown in the order summary and ends automatically at its expiry. It renews automatically only where that is expressly stated at the time of purchase, in which case the renewal price, period and cancellation method are shown before you order.
8. Purchases through app stores
For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the store is the seller. Cancellation, refunds and invoicing for those purchases follow the store’s own terms and must be raised with the store directly.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to [email protected] first; we aim to respond within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be settled, you may refer it to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body competent in your country under Directive 2013/11/EU, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
10. Validity
This information is valid on the date the order is confirmed. Prices and package scope may change until you confirm; once confirmed, the terms shown in your order summary are binding.
