Single sign-on with your school's system: K12NET and AKBİM
Students sign in once with their account in the school's management system; class and section are matched automatically, mock results are transferred. K12NET and AKBİM are supported.
Integration means talking to the system the school already uses. In a school using K12NET or AKBİM, the student does not open a separate account; they sign in once with their existing account. Class and section are matched from the school's system; the class list is not typed in by hand. Mock exam results are transferred over the same connection and feed exam analysis.
Everything described on this page depends on that connection: if your school does not use one of these systems, single sign-on and result transfer do not work, and class lists are managed from the panel. For institutions with their own school management system, a custom integration can be discussed.
Single sign-on
The student signs in with their account in the school's system; there is no second password. The account is created at first sign-in, and the class and section come from the school's record.
Class and section matching
The class and section information in the school's system is matched with the local class list. You don't rebuild the list at the start of term; it is matched.
Result transfer
Mock exam results are transferred over the same connection and land on the right student. Exam analysis runs on this transfer.
Without the connection
In a school without K12NET or AKBİM, single sign-on and result transfer are off; the class list is managed from the panel. For institutions with their own system, a custom integration is discussed.
Common questions
Do students get a separate password?
No. If the school uses K12NET or AKBİM, the student signs in with their account in the school's system; there is no second password. The account is created at first sign-in, and the class and section come from the school's record.
Do we type in the class list by hand?
No. You send the class lists to our team and we load them. A student arriving through K12NET or AKBİM whose account matches the list signs in automatically.
We use a different school management system; is that possible?
For institutions with their own school management system, a custom integration is discussed. When you request a quote from the contact page, it is enough to say which system you use; until the connection is in place, the class list is managed from the panel.
Let's see how it works in your school together.
