One counsellor, the whole grade.

Guidance does not scale one meeting at a time. You open an inventory period and assign it to the class list at once; you see right away who has finished and who is still waiting. You plan and record meetings, and you decide who sees each record. Homework is set at topic and objective level and tracked question by question; for an objective still missing, a homework suggestion arrives on its own.

One counsellor, the whole grade.

Apply at scale

You open an inventory period, choose which classes complete which inventory, and follow completion from the list. The student completes it from their own portal; the report opens to them and to you.

Put the meeting on record

You plan, record and follow up the meeting. The observation note goes on the student. For every record you choose the visibility: only you, or all of the school's staff.

Tie homework to objectives

Homework is prepared at topic and objective level, targeted at a class or a student, tracked down to the question. Staged approval and the weekly printout stay in the class teacher's hands.

Turn exam results into a map

Mock results transferred from the school's system are processed with net metrics; missing objectives show on one class-level map. This part works in schools connected to K12NET or AKBİM.

Build the institution's memory

Meeting records, student documents, event attendance and goals accumulate on the student profile. The counsellor may change; the record stays.

Common questions

On the institution's side, who keeps which record?

The counsellor opens meeting records and inventory periods; homework, staged approval and the weekly printout are in the class teacher's hands; the tracking views are there for the whole institution. Whoever writes a record chooses who can see it.

We don't use K12NET or AKBİM; which parts still work?

Inventory periods, counselling records, homework and objective tracking, tracking views, goals and coaching, events, student files and training packages work without a connection; you manage the class list from the panel. Three things don't: single sign-on, mock result transfer and the exam analysis that depends on it.

What happens to the records when the counsellor changes?

The record stays in the institution. Meeting records, documents, event attendance and goals accumulate on the student's profile; your new colleague opens the same page and reads on from where it stopped. The visibility of a note only its author can see can be changed later.
